Yoga for peace

The teachings and practice of yoga exists for the minds that appreciate peace.

Peace is there as it is, upon the absence of the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

The selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind that is endowed with correct understanding is not being determined or disturbed by the mind perception of pleasantness and unpleasantness, or upon coming in contact with unpleasant, disagreeable and undesirable experiences, relationships, interactions, events, conditions, situations, objects or names and forms, and vice versa.
